How the game works
Every brick has to be placed on the board, and no two bricks may overlap, share an edge, or touch at a corner. Each piece needs clear space on every side, including diagonally. A level is complete once every brick is on the board legally.
Tap a brick to rotate it 90°. Drag a brick to move it onto the board, where it snaps to the grid. Dragging a brick off the board returns it to the tray.
Frequently asked questions
I cleared the board by accident. Did I lose my time?
CLEAR returns every brick to the tray, but the timer for that level keeps running. It does not reset and it does not restart the level.
What does the HINT button do?
A hint picks one brick that is not yet in its correct place and marks the squares where it belongs with pale green dots. It does not place the brick for you, and it does not reveal the rest of the solution. The marker stays on the board until you use HINT again or move to another level.
The HINT button is not working.
Hints are unlocked by watching a rewarded video, so they need a working internet connection. If you are offline, or if no video is available right now, the game shows a notice and the button stays unavailable. This usually resolves on its own; reconnecting and reopening the level is the quickest fix.
In the daily challenge, hints are limited to two per puzzle regardless of connection.
Can I replay a level I already finished?
No. In normal play, each level can be completed once. When you reopen the game you return to the level you have not finished yet.
I changed phones and my progress is gone.
Your progress is saved on your device only. Lazy Bricks has no account system and no cloud save, so progress does not transfer between devices and is not restored by reinstalling the game. Deleting the game removes the save.
Depending on your device settings, a full device backup may include the game's data. If you still have the old device, restoring it from backup to a new device can bring the save along, but this is handled by iOS or Android, not by us.
How do I turn the music, sound or vibration off?
Each one has its own switch in the game's settings, and your choice is saved automatically.
Where is the daily challenge?
The daily challenge has its own entry in the game. There is one puzzle per day. If a challenge is already in progress you continue it directly; otherwise the calendar opens, where you can also go back to earlier days you have not finished yet. Starting the current day's puzzle is always free.
Can I play without an internet connection?
Yes. All levels are stored in the game, so you can play offline. Only the rewarded video behind the HINT button needs a connection.
How do I change my advertising privacy choices?
Open the game's settings and choose AD PRIVACY, where available in your region. On iOS, you can also change whether the game may use your advertising identifier for tracking under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, the advertising-ID controls are in your device's privacy settings. Our Privacy Policy explains what each choice affects.
Is there a way to remove the ads?
The current version does not offer an in-app purchase to remove advertising.
How do I request deletion of my data?
Email us at support@lazyjim.com. Section 4 of the Privacy Policy describes what we can delete and the limits that apply, since the game has no user account.
