Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This policy describes how LazyJim ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in the current version of LazyPuzzle, on our website, and when you contact us.
1. Information in the Game
LazyPuzzle does not require an account. Your game progress is stored on your device, including unlocked levels, the current puzzle, move history, completed pictures, scores, coins, lives, boosters, daily reward status, and preferences such as music, sound, vibration, and theme.
The current game does not include advertising, in-game analytics, or a third-party crash-reporting service. It does not upload your save to us, and we do not operate a cloud-save or account service for LazyPuzzle.
Your operating system or distribution platform may separately process diagnostic or backup information according to your settings and its own privacy policy.
2. Website Visits
The public website at lazyjim.com uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how visitors use our pages. It processes page addresses and titles, referral information, browser and device details, approximate location, and usage information such as visits and sessions. Cookies may be used to distinguish visitors and sessions.
Website analytics starts when a page loads in a supported browser. The website currently does not provide a separate analytics consent or opt-out control. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings. These website statistics are separate from your locally stored game progress.
Our web server also keeps access and error logs to operate and troubleshoot the website. These logs may contain IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, and browser information.
3. Support Communications
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send, such as your device details, a description of a problem, or screenshots. We use this information to respond and investigate the issue. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or unrelated personal information.
4. Service Providers and Sharing
Google processes website analytics information. Website hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver those services. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect the security of our services.
Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their privacy information explains their practices and safeguards:
5. Retention and Deletion
Local progress remains on your device until the app's data is cleared or removed, subject to your platform's storage behavior. Device backups may retain separate copies; manage these through your device or backup provider. We cannot retrieve or delete your local save remotely.
Website logs, analytics records, and support messages are retained according to their purpose, the relevant service settings, and applicable obligations. Clearing browser cookies or deleting the game does not remove information already received by website or email services.
To request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold about you, email us. We may need enough information to verify and locate the records. Because the game has no account, we cannot automatically associate website analytics identifiers with your email address.
6. Privacy Questions and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including access, correction, deletion, objection, or restriction of processing. Contact us to make a request or raise a concern. You may also contact your local data-protection authority.
If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so we can review and address it. The game does not require players to submit personal information.
7. Updates and Contact
We will update this policy when the game's features or data practices change. The date above identifies this revision.
For privacy questions or requests, contact LazyJim at support@lazyjim.com.
