Please include “LazyPuzzle” in your subject, your device model, operating system and game version, and the level where the issue occurred. A short description of what happened and a screenshot can help us investigate.

How the game works

LazyPuzzle combines picture puzzles with solitaire. Sort the cards to uncover pieces that belong to the same picture. Place a picture's background in an available puzzle slot, then collect its matching pieces to complete the image and free the slot.

Plan around the cards covering other pieces and the moves available in each level. Some levels include locked cards or slots that open when you meet their displayed conditions.

Frequently asked questions

How is my progress saved?

The game saves progress on your device, including your current puzzle, unlocked levels, collected pictures, and settings. Reopen the game and continue your saved puzzle.

Can I transfer progress to another device?

The current version has no game account or cloud-save service. Progress does not automatically sync between devices. Your device's backup system may preserve app data, but restoration depends on that system. We cannot recover a local save from our servers.

Should I reinstall the game to fix a problem?

Try closing and reopening the game, restarting your device, and checking that storage is available first. Removing the app or clearing its data can erase your progress. Contact us before doing so if you want help troubleshooting.

What do the boosters do?

Undo lets you step back through your moves. Magnet finds up to two matching pieces in the lower card stacks for pictures already in the puzzle slots. Complete lets you choose an eligible picture and brings in up to two of its missing pieces from the available card areas. Locked pieces must be unlocked first.

How do I change music, sound, or vibration?

Open the game's settings to adjust these options. Your preferences are saved on your device.

Can I play offline?

The current game stores its puzzles and progress locally, so gameplay does not require an internet connection. Visiting this website or contacting support does require a connection.

A puzzle seems stuck. What should I send?

Tell us the level number and what you tried to do. Include a screenshot of the whole board if possible, especially any locked cards, puzzle slots, and remaining moves. Remove unrelated personal information from screenshots before sending them.

How do I ask about privacy or delete my data?

Email support@lazyjim.com. Our Privacy Policy explains local saves, website analytics, support messages, and deletion options.
